Introduction

Welcome to Kirkify AI. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you create an account, upload an image, generate AI images or videos, or purchase credits.

Information Collection and Use

Optional analytics and your choice

Optional analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics. You can decline without affecting creation, sign-in or payment, and change your choice at any time using Privacy settings. Your choice is remembered on this browser for up to 180 days. We do not treat use of the site as consent to optional analytics.

If you opt in, Google Analytics receives feature and model identifiers, generation outcome categories, sanitized page visits, and checkout interactions. After a confirmed payment, we may send the transaction identifier, product, currency and paid amount and associate them with the Google Analytics client/session identifiers from your authorized visit. We do not send prompts, uploaded/generated files, email addresses, internal account IDs or card details in these events. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalization remain disabled. Optional analytics providers may process usage/device information outside your country under their policies, including Google's privacy policy.

Changing your choice to decline stops future optional analytics from this browser; it does not retroactively remove events already sent. Essential security, task, order and credit records continue to support the service regardless of your analytics choice. To request access or deletion, contact [email protected]. A minimal list of accepted task identifiers may be held in this tab's session storage, for up to 24 hours, to avoid double-counting outcomes after refresh; it is removed when analytics is declined and is never sent as an analytics parameter.

We collect the following types of data to provide and improve Kirkify AI:

1. Account Information

   • What We Collect: This includes your name, email address, and any other information you provide when creating an account.
   • Purpose: To manage your account and provide customer support.

2. Usage Details

   • What We Collect: Information about how you use Kirkify AI, including interactions, features accessed, and usage frequency.
   • Purpose: To analyze user engagement and improve our services.

3. Device Information

   • What We Collect: Data regarding the devices you use to access Kirkify AI, such as device type, operating system, and browser type.
   • Purpose: To optimize our services for different devices and ensure compatibility.

4. Cookies

   • What We Collect: Small data files placed on your device that help us track user preferences and improve user experience.
   • Purpose: To enhance the functionality of our services and personalize your experience.

5. Payment and Billing Information

   • What We Collect: Order identifiers, selected plans, payment status, and billing details returned by the payment provider. Hosted checkout providers collect payment credentials such as card numbers directly; our application does not ask you to send full card numbers or security codes to our support team.
   • Purpose: To facilitate billing and payment processing for our services.

6. Uploaded and Generated Images

   • What We Collect: Images you upload for processing and the generated results returned by our AI provider.
   • Purpose: To perform the requested transformation and return the result to you. Source uploads are not added to the public Community Showcase.

Community Showcase

Generated results are private by default. A result is added to the public Community Showcase only when a signed-in user actively checks the showcase consent box and submits the result. We record the account associated with the generation, the provider task identifier, the consent version, and the consent timestamp so that the authorization is auditable. We do not display the account holder's name or email with the public image.

Public creations can receive likes and star-rated reviews from signed-in users with verified email addresses. We store the participating account identifier to prevent duplicate likes and reviews. Reviews are visible publicly only after moderation; profile names and email addresses are not shown alongside them. Authors can delete their reviews and creators can withdraw their shared images from their generation history. Publicly viewed content may already have been copied by other visitors before withdrawal.

When a shared creation first reaches 100 likes, we queue a one-time congratulations email to its creator's verified account email. We retain a notification record to avoid sending it again if the like count falls and later rises. Our email provider processes the recipient address and message for delivery. We do not publish these notification records or email addresses.

You may withdraw a result from the Community Showcase using the removal control shown after publication. A withdrawn result is removed from the public gallery. We retain a limited consent and withdrawal record where reasonably necessary to document the request, enforce safety rules, and meet legal obligations.

By submitting a result to the Community Showcase, you confirm that you own the image or have permission from the relevant rights holders and depicted private individuals to publish the generated result.

Image Retention

For AI Image Enhancer, you must confirm permission to use the uploaded photo and consent to AI processing before submission. We send the photo to APImart and retain the original and completed result in private storage for comparison, downloads, and your task history. These files are accessible through authenticated, owner-checked routes and are not automatically published. We record the processing consent version and time with the task. To request removal of these stored files, contact [email protected]; this feature does not currently provide automatic timed deletion. Provider-controlled copies remain subject to the provider's retention policies.

Source images are sent to the processing provider only to complete the requested generation and are not added to the Community Showcase. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for provider-controlled copies; the provider may apply its own retention period under its policies. Generated results that you explicitly submit to the Community Showcase are copied into our private storage and remain publicly available until you withdraw them or we remove them for legal, safety, or moderation reasons.

Content Reports and Review Records

If you report content or appeal a decision, we process your contact address, the relevant creation URL or task identifier, your explanation, and the review correspondence to investigate and respond. Do not include illegal imagery or unnecessary identity documents. Reports are not published in the Community Showcase. We retain relevant correspondence only as reasonably needed to resolve the report, document our decision, prevent abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Our content rules and current moderation limitations are described in the Terms of Service. This policy does not claim that every generated image or video is automatically reviewed, or that an additional third-party moderation service is already active.

Security Measures

We take the security of your personal information seriously. The data we collect is stored securely on our servers, and we implement a variety of security measures including encryption and access controls to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except in the following circumstances:

• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or others.
• To provide services through trusted third-party partners who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business, subject to confidentiality agreements.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "effective date" at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this privacy policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this privacy policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
