Questions about Muse
Can I choose another duration or resolution?
This Muse Video option produces about ten seconds at 720p, with sound. The studio only shows these supported settings. If your project needs another length or format, compare the other video models before generating.
How are generations charged?
Sign in and use your existing credits, or choose a credit pack or plan. The generation button shows the total before submission. Selecting a model does not generate or charge anything.
What if I leave the page or the request times out?
Keep the existing task and continue checking its status in your history. Leaving the page does not cancel generation. A confirmed failed task returns its reserved credits; avoid creating duplicate requests while a result is uncertain.
Why might a generation fail?
A provider may reject an input or encounter a service error. Muse is not a guarantee that every request will be accepted. Check the task status and review your prompt or references before trying again.
